2015 Lodging Information

Lodging for conference attendees is available at the University of Washington, Seattle campus.

Reservation DEADLINE: Conference housing availability is GUARANTEED until May 31st. After that, all housing will be assigned based on availability. Late reservation fees may be applied after late June. Please note, accommodations in Seattle during summer months are typically in high demand and can be expensive. The contract we have with UW Conference Housing offers competitive pricing and accessibility to the conference. We HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to make your reservations with them before the deadline to ensure that you have a place to stay during the conference! 

Reservations for lodging must be booked separately via the Campus Housing website.

About lodging:

Conference attendees will reside in double or single occupancy dormitories located a few blocks from the UW Fishery Sciences Building, where most of the conference will take place. Please visit the housing reservation website for more details regarding accommodations. 

The lodging packages will include a pre-loaded meal card with enough value for All-You-Care-to-Eat (AYCE) breakfast each morning at the dining hall, or can be used several designated UW dining locations and stores on campus.
